This card is a giant attempt by a marketing organisation to enable people from Mumbai to pen down their love feelings on a giant card.
The company incidentally is hoping to carve its name in the Guinness book of world records for this giant sized feat.
The Bombay electricity supply company has been generous to donate special ladders to help people to help themselves with some messages to pen up there.
What a spirit of Valentine indeed!
