h has vouched for Goa to be the fourth in a list of the ten best exotic places in the world for a long stay and extended holiday destination.
It is astonishing that the website rates Goa above Florida in the USA,canary Islands in Africa, Phuket in Thailand and Bali in Indonesia which are all considered as favourite hotspots for tourism in the world.
While listing Goa as the fourth best destination, tripatlas notes as under.
"Goa is a hot holiday spot for Indian and South Asian vacationers and is best known for its beaches, festivals and ancient temples. It was once a Portuguese colony and thus offers an eclectic mix of both east and west. Calangute and Candolim are the most popular beach towns
but Goa's capital and city, Panaji (also Panjim) is worth a visit, as is Ponda, a sacred site of Goan temples."
This is yet another feather added to Goa's cap in the unending list of accolades that Goa has received over the years for being the most beautiful destination in the world.
